The beginning part is something I forgot to show in the actual run but if you do 300 battles without running (or running away) you get a reward from the fountain.

Otherwise we actually get access to the actual 7th Plane! (It wasn't Gehenna), its an optional Dungeon and not required to beat the game but if you want to get the best 4 weapons in the game (choice) and be able to see all doors... you have to do it!
