Scenario = So Dumb it Just Might Work...
“An ADULT WHITE DRAGON Never Forgets” could be a saying as they have photographic memories. This includes stories passed down through the generations of the battle in the empire of AEAREE-KROCAA during “The Time of Dragons” where their ancestors overthrew one of the creator races known as the Aearee. The White Dragons fought particularly fierce using their ice breath to coat the wings of the Aearee which helped to make the battle more one-sided. When the Aearee saw the end drawing nigh their leader uttered a curse that is still felt by White Dragons today. It is a curse that makes them less intelligent than all other dragons a curse that made them much more animalistic.
Breaking this curse will not be easy (MISSION) but when you do the white dragons promise you great riches! Also it turns out the main reason they want their intelligence back is kinda dumb… the eat only frozen food which is often tough for even their sharp teeth so they believe with the intelligence needed to cast the high (7th) level spell ARCANE SWORD they could use the sword to slice thin pieces of frozen meat making delicious snow sandwiches… #Dumb
“Viewer” Question = Do you limit how many times your players can rest, and how do you go about it?
I think in general I have been blessed with good players in this regard. Meaning they follow the logic of the world and that as nice as it would be to have a long rest mechanically between each encounter that is not something that would make sense from an in game perspective. If that was NOT the case things I would do are: *SEE VIDEO. WOULD NOT FIT HERE*
