Remember you can always mix and match all these setups to do whatever suits your needs or execution.
If you're lost as to what is happening... In guilty gear you cannot cross people up in the corner. However, if you end your combos with an S dive low enough to the floor, they bounce off and cannot recover in time to tech and move a pixel away from the wall giving you enough space to squeeze in between and get a meaty cross-up.
