Earlier this week I had a hankering for soup, something creamy at that. After looking around online I stumbled across a recipe for the "Best {otato Soup" so I figure why not give it a try? That being said, the base recipe needs some improvements for me, no garlic being the most glaring sin, but overall a good soup that even my wife who "doesn't like soup" ate!
