I'm kind of ashamed to admit it, but I was pretty lost on where exactly to find the base in the mountains! From what the conversation was about, it was in the Bitter Mountains, but the map there showed nothing at all! I had to shamefully resort to finding out where it was and turns out it was kind of my fault. Then again the instructions should be more clearer! Check out part 15 of my FixFox Gameplay!
