The first of two epic long games from a matchup in the Wesnoth Ladder Tournament.

The game started with successive small skirmishes everywhere on the map, with most going in the Elves' favor. This was then followed by 2 huge clashes in the North-Center, but again it went to the Rebels' favor, with them even initiating combat in the first clash, showing the utility of woses & magi even with unfavorable time of day but favorable juicy targets. With the second major clash the Rebels were able to get level 2's and this led to to the definitive albeit slow decline of the Undead.
