This is probably the best and most realistic F1 game in the pre-3D era (if you think otherwise, please let me know in the comments). Technically that is, as it severely lacks in content with only one track. That is probably the reason why the game is never ported to home consoles. You can play as and againts drivers in the 1993 F1 season and play on track only, the so-called Sega Test Circuit, which combines sections of famous existing track sections from different tracks. Try it on MAME and discover how well this game controls.
