Use content manager to replace the tires foro all URD cars and the Kunos Porsche GT1-98. Click on manage car where you select a car, then replace tires at the bottom under the picture of the car. Clear the filter so you can select the Race Sim Studios tires, take the Toyama or Nisumo tires, set them as default.
