THE BEST Instant Pot Quesa Birria Tacos (Quesa Tacos)

Now you get to enjoy them in your home in about an Hour and a half. Make your neighbors jealous with the smell of birria beef cooked in its own juices. 🤤

Ingredients:
2- 3 lbs chuck tender roast
3 cups beef broth
6 guajillos or New Mexico chile pods
2 pasilla
3 chile de árbol
5 garlic cloves
4 bay leaves
1/2 inch cinnamon stick
2 tbsp vinegar
8 cloves
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp whole pepper
1/2 tsp whole cumin
1/2 tsp thyme

Oaxaca or Monterey Jack cheese
Fresh chopped onion and cilantro
