The Best New Pixel Art Tower Defense Roguelite! Chrysalis!
16Chrysalis is releasing in early December and offers a roguelite experience with tower defense game mechanics at night and a whole lot of exploring and taking over animals. In this Chrysalis video I play through the first 20 minutes of a run doing my best to avoid losing any of those valuable animal followers.
Roguelite elements are based around upgrades between levels and runs but this game definitely feels more like a simple action rpg mixed in with tower defense at night. Let me know what you think about Chrysalis!
