1,029Some of you who are regular viewers of this channel are well aware that I really like puzzle games. I even made a video about the Tetris Effect and the game that shares the same name and, it performed... yea, yea it performed. Regardless of how this video and other puzzle game videos may perform on the channel, I am still planning on covering some of my favourites and that leads us to this puzzle game, which I am going to go on record and say, is my favourite puzzle game as of this video and has been for the last few years essentially since I played it. This game takes a basic puzzle game formula and not only seamlessly blends it with another genre of video games, but gives it enough complexity to make it a real brain teaser on harder difficulties and that doesn’t even get into the stylistic aspects of the game which can only be described as ear and eye candy.

HuniePop is an adult hybrid tile matching puzzle game/dating simulator that was developed and published by HuniePot. It was released January 19, 2015. The game was funded through a Kickstarter campaign and received over $50,000. HuniePop is available in two different versions, an uncensored version available via Humble Bundle and MangaGamer, and a censored version via Steam.
The player (either male or female) starts out in the Bar & Lounge in the beginning of the game. There, you will meet Kyu, a magical love fairy (she appears in her human disguise) who will supposedly turn you into a "walking babe magnet." You leave the Bar & Lounge, come back to your home when Kyu (as a fairy) comes back and shows you the basics of dating and meeting girls. From there, you will progress through the game going on dates, and meeting girls.
After taking all of the twelve girls home, Kyu will present to you a new mode titled "Alpha Mode." This locks the game at the "Hard" setting and each date progressively gets harder and harder. To unlock it, you must give Kyu all of the twelve girls' panties. In this mode, you may choose where your date takes place.
I think a large reason as to why the puzzles here are so fun is because they require a lot of forethought. You want to match tokens that will cause other tokens to fall creating a chain of sorts, and pulling this off not only satisfies your craving for just pulling off a complex move, but it also rewards your senses as the presentation here is great. The particle animations that burst out of the tokens after each match is almost as satisfying to watch as it is satisfying to hear the bubbly sounds of those tokens breaking. Pair this with music so infectious I couldn’t help but include some of it in this video and you have this game’s incredible charm, which is only strengthened by it’s characters, and keeps you continually craving another match and more puzzles.
The best puzzle game you won't play. Hunie pop is the best puzzle game. I enjoy most puzzle game, or any puzzle, but portal, portal 2, tetris,and tetris effect are my favourites. you wont play this though, its probably too weird and that goes for it's sequel as well, huniepop 2. huniepop is an adult game with adult themes in the huniepop ending. Coming to popularity due to some huniepop let's play, it has since seen success which warranted a sequel, though the huniepop 2 ending is different from the first. The huniepop 2 ost, and the original huniepop ost, are all really good and I discuss it briefly in this huniepop review, or a huniepop critique if you will. I will probably make a huniepop 2 double date review, or a huniepop 2 double date critique depending on the time. I do not show Huniepop all scenes, but I do show the Huniepop bedroom puzzle.
