The best items to get in Project Zomboid Build 42? A good weapon that'll last you a good while, crowbar or something multi-functional, or an axe good for chopping down a lot of zombies easily. A can openner or the very rare multiknife tool implemented in the new build. A working vehicle with a key and in absolute the best condition. Of course the how to connect generator book..., that too couldn't hurt considering it's rarity.

We find all of them on day one. Immediately outside the home. Sometimes the Zomboid Gods take pity on the folicly challenged.
