The Marvel Cinematic Universe makes it's belated return to the zeitgeist in the most bizarre way possible this Friday with the Disney Plus streaming series "WANDAVISION;" the top-secret plot of which thus far promises only a seemingly-comedic but likely also sinister an vaguely-conspiratorial scenario wherein the star-crossed Avengers' couple appear to have been somehow transported to a utopian (or is it?) world of time-displaced TV-sitcom bliss that may be setting the stage for big changes - not only for themselves but for the future adventures of SPIDER-MAN, DOCTOR STRANGE and even CAPTAIN MARVEL. Oh... and wasn't one them supposed to be - dead?
In this CONCLUSION of our two-part DOUBLE-LENGTH preview, "THE BIG PICTURE" digs further into the knowns and unknowns about the first real piece of the next generation of MCU storytelling - including fan theories, my own prior episode on the subject, new trailers, the lore of the (extremely confusing) Scarlet Witch and Vision comic book history and the myriad rumors that have piled up after a full year with nothing for Marvel fans to do but wait.
