Time to piss everyone off again! - Unless this is actually more widely known than I thought since it's so obvious. This appears to be a bug with either the Audacity FLAC encoder or the decoder built in to MacOS and IINA, that is, if I am incorrect about FLAC being lossy.
You can read on Wikipedia how it’s supposed to be, I’m just reporting how it is based on my testing. FLAC plays consistently slightly different than an original WAV/PCM file.

This can be proven with anything, that's just one that is easy to notice the differences that I found.
