Probably the hardest of the new challenges, this one starts you at Mega Satan with a handful of semi-random items, with the goal of progressing backwards up to Basement 1. Along the way, you lose items you started with, though any items you pick up along the way are yours to keep.

It took me a good 20 attempts to get a winning run, despite a couple of powerful configurations. Godhead + Fire Mind + Soy Milk does not a fun day make.

My tip for winning this challenge is simply restart it until you get a good run.
