This challenge is a doozy; you play as Isaac without the D6, and everything lies to you. Pick up a bomb? Well, maybe it was a heart, or a key! Pick up an item? It's a different random item. You get treasure rooms, which is great, because the boss of every single floor is the Bloat. Fuck that, right?

Thankfully, you seem to be immortal. Almost every pickup I was getting ended up some kind of heart, be it soul, black, or red. On top of that, almost all of them were gold hearts, so every time I got hit I would drop coins, which I picked up for generally more healing than damage I took. Goofy challenge, but not really hard, and you only have to make it to It Lives.
