123/7 done, next up is Judas.
This was the only character I managed to beat the game with on hardmode back when the update was very new, which is not very surprising because Lucky Foot gives you good pills which helps a lot.
Definitely the best run I've gotten so far. I also got the Eternal Challenge Room three times when I didn't get it before this, so I'm hoping I'll get Sacred Heart on a character that needs it the next time. The rest speaks for itself, but Ipecac carried the run to victory.
