At last, it is time to start showing off the new Repentance stuff now that I've put some time into the game. And by 'some time', I mean 100 hours. Plus, I'm still nowhere near done, so there's more to play on my side.

Today's video is going to be showing off the first new character, Bethany. She starts with a passive item that is treated like an active item, the Book of Virtues. She is also unable to have soul hearts in her health bar, but instead she can use each half soul heart she collects as a charge for any active item she finds. This means if you have something like the Book of Belial, you can pop multiple uses in a single room and get a bigger damage bonus. It's interesting, so see how it works more in the video itself.
