0Figured this out after installing the mod menu. I call this move the Blade Grenade lmao
To do this you need the HS Trainer mod installed.

Select your weapon of choice in the menu. Open photo mode when near an enemy and click your scroll wheel to spawn in the weapon. The more you spawn, the more powerful your grenade is. Enjoy!
