The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ is a Binding of Isaac DLC immediately following The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth, which itself was a DLC for The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth. Rebirth took vanilla Binding of Isaac and totally revamped it with a better graphics and game engine and many, many new items and features. BOI Afterbirth+ features 55+ new Afterbirth+ items, 80+ new Binding of Isaac Afterbirth+ enemies, and for Afterbirth Plus new characters you've got Bethany and Jacob. Afterbirth+ Apollyon gameplay is unlocked by default, and Apollyon features the VOID active item. The Afterbirth+ DLC adds new Afterbirth+ passive items to the game (like Finger, Lil Monstro and Brown Nugget), new Afterbirth+ trinkets (learn what Silver Dollar does and what does Bloody crown do?) and new Afterbirth+ active items (like Clicker and Void).
