It’s surreal to have been preparing my Year End Lists for The Bottomless Pit as I do each year while seeing all the Layoffs in the Games Industry... So many friends have been affected by it, and it seems like each week more people are hit with this crushing reality.

2023 was without question the most chaotic year of my life… But I still wake up every day invigorated by the work I do, and most of all, to be working alongside the most talented and kindhearted people I ever could have imagined collaborating with. SO. This one is for you! You wonderful Game Developers who have contributed ENOURMOUSLY to one of the most profound incredible technical, artistic wizardry achievements any gamer or game developer could have hoped for in a single lap around the sun. 2023 is one for the history books, for both good and bad.
