For the Whisperer Achievement you need to avoid making noise with the Key/Slide panel in The Library level. To do so, simply proceed slowly, thus preventing these items from crashing too hard, causing noise. It's advisable to turn off the background music from the game Options (which is why you can't hear music in that part of this video), so you can hear more clearly the noise of the Key/Slide panel.

Keep in mind that using Rewind will negate the achievement! In case you make noise, use the Reset Puzzle option instead.
