In Striking Distance - Kill an enemy via GRP and a melee combo
You will get GRP Glove in Chapter 3.
Just after that you will get attacked as part of a tutorial. You can get this achievement here.
You have to kill an enemy with a Stun Baton hit just after you throw him at the wall with GRP, so you will have to soften him up a bit before you use the GRP.
