Terminated - Take down a security robot
This can be done in Chapter 3. There will be a robot patrolling an area close to the end of the chapter.
Lower your difficulty to Minimum Security, hide behind a crate and wait for the robot. Hitting him 3 times in the head should be enough.
After achievement unlock get your difficulty back to where you want it and reload a checkpoint.
