Pros:
- Beautiful graphics
- Decent voice acting
- Story isn't particularly unique, but it's still interesting enough
- Good sound design

Cons:
- Your character is *painfully* slow in doing everything: Walking, running, climbing, sneaking, pulling out weapons, using weapons, swapping weapons, using items. EVERYTHING. HE. DOES. IS. SO. SLOW.
- Enemies are extremely repetitive. There's only a handful of enemy types in the entire game. The few enemy types they have are fairly creative, so I know it's not a matter of lack of creativity on the studio's part, which makes it even more disappointing because I know they can do better.
- You're all too often arbitrarily forced to walk through areas, including areas where there are multiple enemies. This is needless and feels like a forced attempt at, "Hey, look how pretty our game is!"
- Climbing rarely registers with a single button input. You have to get in just the right spot or press the button several times to get it to register.
- Your animations when hitting enemies can be interrupted and negated, even *after you've already hit them*. For a game that focuses so heavily on melee, this makes no sense.
- Enemies will mutate even after you've already killed them, making you have to defeat them twice. This makes me believe the mutation animation is broken because killing the enemy should negate it.
- The dodge mechanic is great when there's only one enemy and you're directly facing them, but good luck getting this to work at all when there's more than one enemy or you aren't exactly facing them head-on.
- The GRP recharges excessively slowly, even when fully maxed out on upgrades.
- Your character *constantly* puts his weapons away after just a few seconds. This wouldn't be such a big deal if it then didn't take him FOREVER to pull them back out when you need them. What should happen: The selected weapon should ALWAYS be kept out unless *I specifically* put it away. Period.
- Listening to audio logs: Whose bright idea was it to force you to keep up the menu the entire time for this? You know, the menu that takes up almost the whole bloody screen? This is just stupid on its face. The only saving grace is that the majority of audio logs are relatively short.

My Ratings (for the PS5 version of the game):
- Environments & Level Design: 6/10
- Character Design: 9/10
- Audio Design: 8/10
- Controls & Mechanics: 1/10
- Story: 7/10
- Voice Acting: 7/10
- Replayability: 1/10
- UI Design: 1/10
- Performance & Stability: 8/10
- Accessibility Options: 6/10
- Overall Score: 54/100 (54%)
