The CMA sides with Microsoft regarding Call of Duty

With updated provisional findings, the UK's CMA regulator has sided with Microsoft over the Call of Duty concerns regarding Playstation.
Microsoft publicly criticized the CMA’s math on its financial models, where the CMA claimed it would be financially beneficial for MS to keep COD off of PS.
Martin Coleman, a chairperson from the independent panel of experts conducting the CMA’s investigation, elaborates. And I quote
“Having considered the additional evidence provided, we have now provisionally concluded that the merger will not result in a substantial lessening of competition in console gaming services because the cost to Microsoft of withholding Call of Duty from PlayStation would outweigh any gains from taking such action,”
The only concern left for the CMA is cloud gaming, in which Microsoft has been hard at work striking deals with every cloud service they can, making the only item left for contention by the CMA null and void.
Things are looking really good right now for team green.
