Handling: when it's flat, it's grippy. At high speeds, however, when body roll kicks in, and there's a lot of it, the car understeers a lot. Even with it having a higher lateral G rating than the standard car, the lack of wider fenders prevent it from being an absolute cornering genius. In reality, it's still a luxury muscle car.
Performance: the chief problem the standard car suffered from was lack of power, especially when it came to its nitrous, it was just very weak. The Crown fixes that, but to an extent. There's also a bit more acceleration involved. Top Speed remains the same despite those changes.
Conclusion: it's no meta chaser, then again Tío wasn't really that hard to beat during the main campaign anyway. The fact remains that if you want a fast 4-door saloon from America in The Crew 2...go for the Charger SRT-8.
