In this video : Last night a new update for Nvidia Geforce Experience became available : version 368,39. This new driver supports upcoming games and new videocard GTX1070. Result : The Crew doesn't work anymore, if you use this driver. Uninstall it, go back to previous version 368,22 and the game will work just fine.
