The Cursed Crusade
Part 1 - Why Is Everyone Cursed?
Welcome to the Cursed Crusade! My last non-backwards compatible Xbox 360 game I had left on my list to complete. The first 10 minutes of this game is all cutscenes and backstory, but we never really learn why everyone is so cursed. It seems to just be a widely accepted fact that many people involved in the crusade came from a family background full of bloodshed and gruesome deeds, so many have the ability to channel their demonic inner selves. Hopefully we will learn where this curse came from, and put an end to it. But for now, we learn the basics, and are introduced to our two characters, Denz, and Esteban de Noviembre. The combat feels pretty satisfying, despite the other shortcomings. We begin with storming a castle, and confronting the man from the first cutscene at the top. With that, we decide to take a break, and will continue our crusade, next time.
