Part 7 - Nightmare 2 and The Hardest Level In The Game: The Walls of Constantinople
After some sneaky Esteban recon shown in a cutscene, we wake up in a nightmare again, and have to purify more souls and defeat death. We also earn a new power and can use our fire like a crossbow. Then, we begin what I think, is the hardest level in the game. The Walls of Constantinople. We will be seeing a lot of the opening scene in this episode. We storm the beach, and it seems there is an endless wave of enemies after us, and we die many many times trying to fight through them all and reunite with Esteban, who led a different group of soldiers another way. We finally make it through, after leaning heavily on using our curse powers to decimate the enemies. We make it to the end of the level, and decide to take a break to regroup before continuing the crusade.
