Part 8 - The Golden Gate, Yedikule Fortress, and Blackernae Walls
After the grueling punishment from the last episode's mission, we manage to complete three of them in this episode. We start with a simple mission that involves blocking entrances with scaffolding that prevents more enemies coming in. We use our crossbows to get close. We then head through Yedikule Fortress, and Esteban and Denz get separated again, which brings back flashbacks of the last mission again, but this time it goes much smoother. We reunite, and continue to the end of the level. We then head to a new fortress in Blackernae Walls, which sees us using siege towers to climb over the castle walls, instead of going through the front gate. We take a crew with us, and make it through this level with ease. We feel accomplished, and decide to take a break for now.
