Hello everyone I am Sana ur Rehman Shahmir a solo mountain hiker from Chitral Pakistan. My this video is about dakota fire hole or dakota fire pit or stealth fire. Dakota fire is started in a hole. Dakota fire or stealth fire is completed in three steps in Step number one dakota fire hole 1 is dug. The dakota fire hole one should be minimum one feet deep and should be in a circular shape of minimum one squre feet. Step number two is to digging another smaller hole nearly one feet away from the first whole. Step number of dakota or stealth fire is to join the bottoms of bigger and smaller hole together through an underground tunnel.
Advantages of this type of fire: -
There are many advantages of dakota fire; advantage number one is that dakota or stealth is very safe in such areas where you want to keep yourselves oblivious from you and your fire to the passers bye due to some reasons. Advantage number two of dakota or stealth fire is that the fire remains extremely stable in windy areas during cooking or in body warming process. It is specially extremely helpful on windy areas and in windy mountains. Another very important advantage of dakota fir hole or stalth fire that it is extremely safe in such areas there all around you are dry bushes and woods. And last but not the least advantage of dakota fire hole or stealth fire is that it is extremely easy to extinguish when you want to windup your camping process.
