Aside from the cutscene dropping frames, everything else is at 60FPS, but I can imagine playing it at 30FPS just fine to boost the battery life.

This is definitely giving me Fire Emblem Vibes, but with semi-real-time combat instead of turn-based. This releases September 22nd.
