Our The Division 2 how to heal tutorial will show you how to get your health back and how to restock your healing during missions and beyond.

While your health goes up naturally in The Division 2, it’s your armor kits that you really need to be concerned with when it comes to healing. These don’t regenerate in the same way, so you’ll need to use new kits when things start to get a little bleak. To do this you simply press and hold the right directional button, which will give you a new armor kit, healing all of your health and giving you maximum protection. You can also pick up armor kits from enemy drops, so look out for these to restock. Outside missions you can simple head back to a safe zone, so either a settlement, White House or safe house, to get a restock if you’ve unlocked the perk.
