*TEST DONE WITH A SET NOT FULLY OPTIMIZED*

Been having fun with the Nemesis exotic marksman rifle in the Division 2, so I decided to make a short video of me testing its damage in different pve scenarios. I'm not really a sniper guy as I feel I don't have the quick reflexes of sharpshooters in games. But I rummaged through my stash and made a set to improve the damage as much as I can without spending too much resources.

SET STATS:
No armor or weapon talent used that boosts damage aside from Hard Hitting and Precise
0% crit chance
171% headshot damage
11.5% All weapons damage
9% marksman rifle damage
112% damage to elites

THOUGHTS ON THE WEAPON:
Some people think it's OP and want it nerfed, Personally, I don't think it is overpowered. I think this is where marksman rifles should be. The devs finally made a sniper rifle that is somehow competitive with the other weapon types.

The time you spend between shots, aiming/acquiring targets, justifies the damage IMHO (specially with the charging up shots mechanic). Honestly, it feels like it still isn't up to par with AR's/LMG's/rifles/etc. when it comes to quickly taking out multiple targets, or clearing a room. I mean, If you can clear a room with the Nemesis in 1 min, you can clear it faster with an AR, or LMG or whatever.

Still, the Nemesis is a really good exotic weapon in my opinion. A weapon that you can use to actually shoot, and not just for the holstered perk. Some will even say an M700 marksman rifle is still better. That may be the case for fully optimized builds. But the Nemesis is still useful, specially the holstered perk.

The Nemesis holstered talent Preparation works if you have a scope on your other weapon. If you hate the zooms on the scopes and prefer using 4x or lower like me, you can use the 3.4x scope to get the +25% headshot damage from the Nemesis holstered talent.
Some people use the crusader shield with the 12x scopes on an AR. That's like, what, 60 or +65% headshot damage just with the Nemesis holstered and a 12x scope? Nasty.

Anyway, I hope you guys are enjoying using the Nemesis, I certainly am. If you don't like it, that's perfectly fine too! I enjoy it because I like variety in my builds. Speaking of builds, I have some builds in mind, but am sorta holding off on investing on building them at the moment, as there's been lots of changes in the test server, and there's probably more coming. Lots of people hate the changes. Personally, I'd wait for the changes to be finalized before I spend resources, so please stay tuned!
