How to get Weapon Skins in The Division. Aside from the cloths vendor there are no specific skin locations aside from random drops.

There are a couple of ways to get weapon skins, but it's harder than it sounds or should be. One way to get your hands on skins is to grab one from a random drop from an enemy or a civilian in need that you help out. This is very rare.

The best way the get a skin early on is to build up your security wing and unlock the supply line for 400 points, which unlock the cloths vendor. Here's where you can buy a weapon skin once per day.

Another option is to get a weapon skin from a high-end weapon that you buy from a dark zone vendor.
