The Division | Beginners Guide for Vendors - How to best deal with vendors (Beginners Guide for Vendors and how to prepare for lvl. 30 endgame)

When you start out with the game, you will have to work your way up a few levels until you have access to vendors. You can buy weapons and other important gear from them, but the game is designed so you will always get the appropriate gear for your level if you're following the story progress and push through the campaign and side missions.

The lvl. cap is 30, so everything you get before will be switched out and is pretty much replaced by armor or weapons after a mission or two. So spare your money for the endgame lvl. which is 30 at the moment.

At this point you will have to spend 50k or 100k on a single piece, but this is the gear that you will keep and you can invest your money in for the long run.
