My skill power is only 36k but my Sticky Bomb is hitting for 395k normally and 545k for a critical hit. This is because there are other stats besides skill power which will dramatically increase your sticky bomb damage: Damage to Elites, Enemy Armor Damage and % Sticky Bomb Damage. These stats can roll on certain gear pieces, the 3 piece Sentry's Call set bonus will also give you 20% damage to elites. In addition, you can equip weapons with the Ferocious and Destructive talents. A four man group with optimal sticky bomb damage should be able to destroy the APC in under 20 minutes.

There doesn't seem to be a way to get 240 items from the incursion at the moment but a well rolled 214 item is likely to be more useful than a poorly rolled 240 item.
