Another seed cuz I felt like it. This one is kinda interesting, I had no idea what I was doing with the flags to be honest. Some things are randomized and some things just aren't for some reason? Weapons are vanilla for some reason, maybe I forgot to fix them, idk lol. I'll give it credit for being unique at least, so that's nice.
