We have android app OpenMW which allows as to run TES: Morrowind on android device.
Full PC game running on android device. At it works with bluetooth Xbox one controller.

TES : Morrowing game : Get it from Steam or Bathesda Store.
Guide:
* Buy and Install legal version of the game on to Windows PC
* Locate game folder and copy all content to your android device {{Game might be install in folder like C:/ProgramFiles(X86)/Morrowind/... }}
* Rename folder "Data Files" to "Data-Files"
* Download OpenMW APK from here : http://bit.ly/2OHkiNL
* Install APK (You might need to enable unknown sources)
* After installation of APK finished. Run it.
* Enter game path in to the field: (as example: /storage/emulated/0/{{location of folder with game files}}/Data-Files/
* Press PLAY button and enjoy the game !
