During an assault on U.S. forces in the deserts of Qatar, Scorponok emerged, operating under the command of Decepticon Blackout. As a lethal hunter, he didn’t communicate, serving purely as a silent, deadly force. In Rise of the Beasts, Scorponok retained the same characteristics, acting as an ally to the Terrorcons and remaining in their primary mode—massive scorpions. Unlike previous depictions in Transformers G1, they never transformed into alternate modes, staying true to their fearsome form throughout.
