2Who knows what he could be planning...
Some goofy edit I thought of which was part of an idea I had where Togepi would appear in several horror games I played and he would be heard in the background somewhere while spooky stuff is happening. I made it by editing the audio file for the phone call in Audacity and compressing a Togepi voice clip video into an mp3 which was this one:

This came from listening to too much Pokepark voice lines in another video and finding out Togepi wasn't in Pokepark which gave me a brief wave of sadness while I was waiting for said horror games to install.
