15Welcome to the first episode of my "Crash Course Statics" series. Today I introduce you to some of the basic methods used in this field to give you a taste of what it's all about.
Come back for episode 2 where we will look into some failures of engineering and explain why a deep understanding of the methods is so important.
In episode 3 we will apply what we have learned to a real model to see if we can accurately predict when it will break.
