6,190The Entire World Almost Ended in Jujutsu Kaisen’s MERGER... #Shorts #JujutsuKaisen #AoiTodo #Yuji #Itadori #Manga #anime #JJK An immortal god almost fused with the strongest being in the entire history of Jujutsu Kaisen, and this would have definitely brought about the end of the world… but thankfully it was avoided. I say thankfully even though I don’t really like the way the Merger was handled in the manga, because this is an event that was set up for quite a while throughout the series even as early as Season 2’s Hidden Inventory arc, where we’re warned how bad things might get if Tengen were to evolve into an enemy of humanity. As Kenjaku’s life came to an end, it was obvious to many of us that Sukuna would actually be the one to initiate the Merger maybe becoming this entity himself like final bosses tend to do, as they become a giant disgusting creature that everyone needs to band together to destroy, however since Sukuna died without even really CONSIDERING doing the merger, it kind of leaves a bad taste in my mouth because I would have liked to see how our characters would have dealt with this major problem. At the same time I guess they really used everything they could in the final battle and asking for them to fight ANOTHER enemy after nearly 60 chapters of fighting the same guy back to back might be too much, but let me know what you think about how they handled the merger in Jujutsu Kaisen, or really I guess the way they handled making sure it didn’t happen. Would you have done it differently?
