Unfortunately - I say unfortunately because the two shooting range tasks are a Pain in the A - you need to do this if you're chasing the LOCKSMITH trophy.

You need a minimal score of 70000 to obtain the locker key, and the gallery gives you only 30 seconds in which to do it. The trick is to use the hourglass blocks to extend your time. Try to shoot them only when you need a matching colour to augment those around it, because what you're really after is combos. You can create combos from any of the four colours, and as soon as they shake shoot them.
