From left to right: upside-down T junction, straight vertical and 90 degrees.
This triggers the Entry Level Electrician achievement.
Sebastian Castellanos must power up an elevator to progress with the plot.

While the story only requires two fuses to proceed, unlocking this achievement requires three to complete the circuit board. This last fuse can be found to the immediate right of the objective elevator. The fuses must then be placed according to the diagram below to light up the whole board and unlock the achievement.

The player cannot leave the board in between placing the fuses and must complete the set in one go. Placing two fuses, leaving, then coming back to place the third will not unlock the achievement even if the whole board lights up correctly.
