In this DLC you play as the "Executioner", or better known as "Safe Head".

There is even a little story here: your daughter is trapped in STEM with several killers, psychos and so forth and you are inserted to get her out.
And for that you have to kill all bosses, so that their hold over this realm vanishes and your daughter is finally free to go.
Unfortunately at the end, there is one tiny problem with the last remaining entity in this world besides your daughter. You.

It seems that enemies withstand much more damage compared to the main game, as it's way more efficient to stumble an enemy and then "execute" them with a brutal and bloody takedown!

In the course of this DLC you mainly fight several bosses whilst getting coins from dead enemies and crates, with which you buy and upgrade weapons and your self.
