The Existential Dystopia of Youtube's AI Comments
Oops I accidentally became a PNG-Tuber.
The current generation of "artificial intelligence" is a modern marvel. The many abominable implementations by buzzwordy corporations? Not so much. THE DEAD INTERNET IS HERE, and it shambles forward one phony comment reply at a time.
Why did Youtube do this? Implementing this whole feature can't be cheap. I am genuinely interested in your theories. Does it go any deeper than "we must shove AI everywhere for no reason"?
