The Face Behind the Game: Brandon from One Guy Games
3This is one of a series of interviews with indipendent game developers. The guests would usually be solo developers or ones from small studios. The main goal is to introduce gaming and gamedev enthusiasts to someone who is already walking this road. Do not expect me to romanticize the role of the gamedev. The focus is mainly on the faces behind the games and their gaming path.
His name is Brandon Robinson, he is 32, he has four kids. He works as an engineer but has the heart of a gamer. Two years ago he decides to learn programming and that leads him to his gamedev debut. Brandon is the face behind One Guy Games. His first game - #FUNTIME released mid June 2020. It is a classical twin stick shooter with a very unique audiovisual presentation. I "met" Brandon online and asked him a bunch of question about himself, gaming in general and #FUNTIME.
