They trade the knife to the plushy vendor, for a stuffed animal. The stuffed animal is given to Vera, who discovers that Lenny isn't an orphan, like he says. He comes from a wealthy family.
Felicity and Zindelo sing together. Lenny interrupts, and he is so mean to Felicity that she reveals his secret. In retaliation, Lenny gets a Green Star Administrator. Administrator Ledra and Officer Jensen arrest the two children for being out without a license.
